Worldwide Shipping:
All items are handcrafted and shipped from France. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders over €150 qualify for free shipping.

Delivery Times:
For in-stock items, delivery takes 3-4 weeks. For made-to-order or limited-edition pieces, delivery is estimated at 5-6 weeks, while pre-orders are estimated at 6-7 weeks. Please note, these times refer to business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Shipping outside Europe may incur customs delays, and additional fees (such as VAT) will be the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy: You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns are at the customer’s expense. If the item is returned in a different condition than it was received, we cannot offer a refund.

How to Request a Return:
To start a return, please contact us at sales@hors-doeuvre.fr with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item

Defective or Damaged Items:
Our products are handcrafted, and slight imperfections are part of the design. We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please email us at sales@hors-doeuvre.fr.

Refund Process:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Please keep your shipping receipt as proof in case of any issues.

Non-refundable Items:
Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
